Locate the cemetery at the corner of Horse Corner Rd & Lane Rd. Park at the entrance on Lane Rd and enter there. Walk in a straight line from that entrance to the 4 large pine that sit on the inside of the cemetery along the back wall. Notice the headstones stacked between 2 of those pines. Behind the left pine, tucked in a hole, will be what you seek.
